FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 

• Are linens and towels provided? 
  Linens are provided. Towels are provided. The cottages are well stocked with bedding.
  
• Are the cottages smoke free?  
  Yes they are smoke free. Smoking in the cottages is not allowed under Wisconsin State law. Please step outside in consideration of your fellow and future guests.
  
• Is there a cleaning fee?
  Yes and no. We require a few minimal housekeeping tasks when you leave. Failure to do these could incur charges to your credit card. Cleaning fees start at $25/hr. Only a few people every year have charges. Most of our guests enjoy moving into a clean cottage and don’t mind doing a small amount of cleaning to save fees.
  
• Check in / out times?
  Check in time is 4pm, although we make every effort to get you in earlier. Call a day in advance and we can update the time. Most days we can have the cottages ready by 2:30pm.
  Check out time is 10:00am unless a later time has been approved.
• Are the cottages furnished?
  Yes, the cottages are fully furnished.

• How many guests can sleep at the cottages?
   2-6 people. No unauthorized day or overnight guests. Charges of $100/day per person will apply and guests may be evicted 
• What about the kitchens?
  The kitchens are complete modern kitchens.
• Do you have cable tv?
  Yes.
• Is there air-conditioning?
  Yes
• What ISN'T supplied in the cottages?
  All paper goods, soaps, charcoal.
• Will we need chairs to sit out on the deck?
  Decks are provided with chairs and tables.
• Do you have outdoor grills?
  Yes, Weber charcoal grills.
• Do you have a laundry facility?
  Cottages 4, 5, & 6 have washers and dryers.
• Can we bring our pets?
  No pets, please.
• Do the cottages have phones?
  Sorry, no phones in cottages.
• Is there a place to launch and tie up our boat?
  There is a boat launch 2 miles away. We have a long pier lined with tire-bumpers to dock your boat.
